ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE CHURCH
Board of Elders: We have four elders who have been elected by church members to serve as a body of leaders for the church and preach on Sundays. The Board of Elders have the authority and ability to make executive decisions for Antalya Evangelical Churches with the condition that the vote is unanimous. If the Board cannot come to a unanimous decision, the break for prayer and recommence at a later date and time. If a unanimous decision still cannot be reached by the Board of Elders, the issue is brought to the Deacon Service Group for discussion and voting.
