EVANGELISM AND OUTREACH

As a church we seek to reach out to the community in the following ways:

1. Lead by example: ​W encourage our church members to live as positive examples of Christ and actively share their faith in their circles of relationships.

2. Through our website: With an increased use of the internet, our website is an important way of sharing information about Christianity and ways to contact us.

3. ​Availability: Every week there is about 15-20 people who visit  the church with questions about Christianity. Staff members volunteer one day a week to be available for answering questions and sharing their testimonies.

4. Bible Study: An in-depth course is available in various media forms throughout Turkey. Those who complete the course are referred to us by a ‘’Correspondence Course” for the Antalya region. We follow-up to encourage and assist graduates find a fellowship near them.

5. Holidays: We prepare special programs for important Christian celebrations (e.g. Christmas and Easter) because many are curious what it is after watching a movie and/or word of mouth. We usually have large turnouts during these times and we work hard to present a clear message of the gospel through word, music, and drama.

6. On occasion we get permission for special outreach events:
        a. To hand out brochures on the street and take opportunities to talk with interested people.
        b. To set up a stand where we give out free new testaments.
        c. To reach out via the arts by hosting a concert or drama
